Parking in Mumbai shouldn't be a guess.

ParkOne is a street-by-street map of where you can legally leave your car. We are starting with one suburb, Borivali West, and getting it right before we go wider.

How it works

  1. We walk the streets

Each stretch of road in Borivali West is surveyed on foot. We note where parking is allowed, where it is paid, and where the signs say no.

  2. We record what matters

Start and end landmarks, which side of the road, hourly rates where there is a pay-and-park, and the hours and penalties for lots.

  3. You search before you leave

Type a shop, street or landmark. ParkOne shows every surveyed stretch within your radius, closest first, with a Google Maps link to each one.

  4. You tell us what changed

Parking rules in Mumbai move. Every result has a way to report a change, and tips from other drivers sit right under the facts.

What you will see

  • Free street parking
  • Pay-and-park stretches, with rates
  • No-parking stretches that risk a fine
  • Off-street lots, with hours and penalties

What ParkOne is not

We don't run any parking, take bookings or payments, or know if a spot is empty right now. We tell you where parking is allowed and what it costs, so you can decide before you set off. Signs on the street always win.

Where next

Borivali East, Kandivali, Malad and Dahisar are on the survey list. Live availability and more of the city come after we have proved the data holds up here.
